Covenant Realty Partners was founded in 2001 by Ernesto M. Ure as an extension to his successful real estate consulting practice, to serve the needs of its clients according to the principles stated in the company's mission statement. Mr. Ure spent several years as an independent real estate consultant and held management positions with FINOVA Realty Capital, LaSalle Partners and Miglin-Beitler Developments.

Ernesto M. Ure, founder and Principal of Covenant Realty Partners, is a seasoned real estate professional with over 25 years of experience in the financial services and real estate industries. His diverse real estate background includes broad experience in real estate valuations and appraisals, land evaluations and dispositions, development advisory, corporate finance, single asset and portfolio disposition, real estate auction sales, mortgage financing and conduit lending, acquisition due diligence and leasing. Mr. Ure has extensive experience managing large real estate projects and complex financial transactions, both in the U.S. and abroad.
Mr. Ure is a native of Argentina, has traveled, lived and worked abroad extensively and is fluent in Spanish. He holds a Bachelor in Science degree in Business Administration from the School of Economics Sciences of the University of Buenos Aires and a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University's J. L. Kellogg School of Management. He is a California Certified General Appraiser and a Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute, having also completed the Litigation Professional Development Program. Mr. Ure has a vast experience in the appraisal of real estate assets, expert witness and litigation support and estate and tax valuation.
Prior to moving to the U.S., Mr. Ure was an accomplished Rugby player, representing the Argentine National Rugby team the "Pumas" from 1979-1986. He was named Rookie of the Year in 1979, was selected for the South America All Star Team from 1980-1984 and was named Best Player in the World in his position and member of the Rugby World All Star Team by the French press in 1985. Before retiring in 1986, he had played over 50 international rugby games throughout the Americas, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong and South Africa. In 1995, Mr. Ure was invited to participate in the "World Rugby Classics"tournament in Bermuda, an invitation-only tourney with other retired international rugby player from all over the world.
